Flowers

Each bouquet design has different types or stalks of flowers. Kindly refer to the description section for more information.

Sorry, you can’t. We will leave it to our florist to substitute your requested item (or items) with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value without compromising the beauty & quality. This is our assurance to you.

Alternative materials may be used to ensure timely delivery. If so required, TURBA ROSE reserve the right to substitute material(s) with equal of greater value, while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the final product.

Yes we do! All our items comes along with a complimentary gift card. You may input your message before you add to cart on product page. FYI, we do have limit for 200 characters. If you input over 200 characters, your card will look crowded.

You can make it to a dried flower bouquet or make it as potpourri by adding few drops of essential.

Payment

– For online – We accept online banking, credit card or debit card payment.

– For shop – We accept cash, online banking, credit card or debit card payment. Cheques are acceptable for business and corporate clients.

This option is only available to customer who opt for manual ordering. However, we highly encourage all our customer to pay upon placing an order, allow us to work efficiently.

Ordering

Here’s a brief explanation of all the status from our website:

– Preparing ( item is in process of preparing )

– Picked Up (Item is waiting for delivery schedule )

– Completed: Item is already delivered or picked up.

– Failed: Issues with payment.

– Cancelled: Order is cancelled.

For any alterations to your order, please whatsapp us at +60129023123 or email us at turbarose@gmail.com  with your order number . Request must be made at least one day before the delivery date. We are unable to process changes for orders already prepared and /or in transit.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order as most of our products are perishable. We will either provide a free replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order. There will be a processing charge of 5% of the purchase price for any refund given by Turba Rose. Hence, the refund amount will be the purchase price less 5%. Please note depend on the bank, it will take up to 14 working days before the bank credit back to your account.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The refund will be given at the discretion of Turba Rose

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund. In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered.

Returns/Refund Policy

Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained. Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. There will be a 50% cancellation charges if order has been attempted. There will be no refund where payment has been made. A voucher, valid for the next 6 months, will instead be issued in lieu of the refund.

Pick Up & Delivery

We will try our best to accommodate, but are unable to promise time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain the efficiency in our operations.. Our delivery time are the following:

– Monday to Friday – 10am to 6pm

– Saturday – 10am to 3pm

*Please note that we are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.

You may write down as a request under remark and we will try our best to arrange.

Yes, You may add a postcode to check on your delivery fee.

Yes, We do have a cut-off time for same day delivery at 1pm every working day and kindly allow at least four hours for us to prepare the order.

We prepare our flowers based on order basis to ensure the freshness of the flowers, we recommend our customer to place an order before they come to save up waiting time and allow us to work efficiently.

Kindly note on our operating hours are the following

Our couriers will try to contact the recipient or deliver to the following:

– For delivery to office, we will deliver to the receptionist or order recipient’s colleague;

– For delivery to house or apartment, we will deliver to order recipient’s family member or to the security office or management office;

– For delivery to college/university campus, we may contact you or the order recipient to make arrangement to deliver to the order recipient’s friend.

As much as we would like to, we are not always able to. Should the recipient be
unavailable at the time of delivery, we will pass the flowers to a receptionist, a colleague, a family member, a friend or a guard – someone else who can take receipt of the flowers and hand it over to him/her directly when he/she returns.

We will endeavor to leave the bunch in a safe spot until the recipient returns. The safe spot may be with the security guard, a neighbor, or behind the gate (for houses) or grille (for condos), whichever option is available to our rider in accordance with the security policies of the particular residence.

Please note that we are only able to attempt delivery of your bunch once as this allows us to keep our delivery prices low and our bunches affordable. It is therefore very important for you to ensure there is someone to receive the flowers on your recipient’s behalf if you’re not sure if he/she is going to be around.

If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability), we reserve the right to charge additional delivery cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.

Re-arrange Delivery

For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of RM20 is applicable.

If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items, such as flowers, fruits , cakes and more. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.
